The simple, but surprising, combination of fresh dill, peas, gherkin pickles and cheddar cheese compliment each other extremely well. There is something extremely refreshing about cold macaroni salads in the summer. This is the perfect addition to a summer BBQ or serve with grilled chicken and a spinach salad.

This cinnamon chocolate cake was a staple in my house growing up. I requested it every year for my birthday or anytime I could convince my mom to bake it.
