Yoga with Adriene

This week went very differently then originally intended. While Jordan was in LA for work, I planned on scheduling posts, catching up on emails and projects until my computer (his hand-me-down) MacBook froze on me! I’m having the worst luck with technology lately! Haha.

I spent a good chunk of time with the wonderful Apple Geniuses yesterday and miraculously it looks like my MacBook will come back working! In other news, I’m still going strong with Yoga with Adriene’s 30 Days of Yoga.

What are your plans for Thanksgiving? We’ll be traveling to Chicago and can’t wait! I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoy the time together with your friends and family.

Onto the links!

Christmas Organization / / Whitney’s tips are game changers. Every year, she creates a file and lists all the gifts bought and received and all holiday cards (to give a basis for who she should send hers to.)When the next year rolls around, she pulls out the folder and has everything she needs to begin.

Twinsters / / This documentary tells the story of two girls who were adopted from South Korea in the late 80s and through the power of the internet came upon one another. I couldn’t imagine discovering I was a twin!

Learning to Love My Husband’s Hobbies / / Lauren’s post is one of my favorite reads in awhile. This topic is near and dear to me as I think  enjoying our hobbies together is one of the biggest reasons Jordan and I continue to grow together instead of grow apart. When Jordan wants to wax poetic about his fantasy football league I ask questions and get excited when he wins. While watching Dancing with the Stars, Jordan will work next to me, commenting on each dance, instead of putting headphones in to listen to his music.

Cleaning for Guests a Quick Guide / / I love Amy’s last tip: light a candle and enjoy your home! Even better, hire a cleaning company. 😉

Chai Tea Popcorn / / I eat popcorn regularly but usually keep the seasonings simple: butter, salt and a sprinkle of rosemary. This will all change now that Bev’s recipe for Chai tea spiced popcorn exists. The best part? The spices come from a tea bag!

Happy Weekend, all!

  1. I enjoyed the “Twinsters” documentary. My dad is a twin. I just started Tracy Anderson’s online streaming. It’s challenging for me with my job and traveling so much to go to workout classes. I love her DVD’s but it was time for some new routines. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
